Ayurveda Yoga Therapy – How to Individualize Yoga According to Ayurveda

Yoga is considered one of the corner stones of Ayurveda, but many modern yoga practitioners are not aware of the benefits of Ayurveda in their Yoga practice. In this workshop, Malin shows you how to adapt your yoga practice to your unique body–mind state.

You will learn how to…

– tailor yoga to your individual needs
-support healing on a deeper level
-create a practice that truly serves you
Whether you are dealing with migraines, digestive issues, back pain, stress, anxiety or emotional imbalance

Just as ayurveda prescribes different food for kapha, pitta, vata, yoga therapy provides the right dharana, pranayama, vinyasa, asana and dhyana.

Please note that all lectures by Malin will be held in English!
