Our mind is the architect of our life. Whatever we feel inside, which may be happiness of sadness, stress or relaxation, anger or peacefulness is merely a state of our mind.
This lecture will help the participants to understand the anatomy of their mind and give the tools to work on their inner self to make them more flexible, balanced and strong in their mind to face different life situations.
Have you considered that the entrance and exit to your health is your mouth?
„Food is my medicine“ is a thought-provoking lecture that explains the effect of food on human health.
There are two kinds of food – the food that we chew in our mouths and swallow down to our stomachs for physical energy, and the thoughts, the mental food, that we consume through our senses, process in our brains and swallow down to our hearts, and which gives mental energy.
If we know how to control these two ways in which we consume food – our physical food and our mental food – we can live a healthy life without too much worry in our life.
In this lecture, Janesh Vaidya explains how we can choose the right food for our body and mind. You will also receive advice on how you can learn to shop wisely, cook with your heart and eat consciously.
