Ayurveda Yoga Therapy – How to Individualize Yoga According to Ayurveda

Yoga is considered one of the corner stones of Ayurveda, but many modern yoga practitioners are not aware of the benefits of Ayurveda in their Yoga practice.

This workshop will give an overview to how anyone can practice yoga according to their present body-mind status to help healing the symptoms of their body and mind. For example, how to design a personal yoga program for migraine, stomach issues, back problems or to eliminate mental issues like stress, anxiety or depression.

Just as ayurveda prescribes different food for kapha, pitta, vata, yoga therapy provides the right dharana, pranayama, vinyasa, asana and dhyana. This is what you will get to experience in Malin Barrling’s yoga therapy workshop.
